This is a lovely and cool watch by one of the watchmaking’s most revered and prolific designers, Gerald Genta.
This is an off-piste watch for sure, with fascinating retrograde minute and date functions that combine with a jump hour.
The 36mm steel case remains in superb condition with the original Gerald Genta crown still fitted. The mother of pearl dial is stunningly finished with guilloche.
At. 12 o’clock there is a jump hours window and then the retrograde minutes and the date at the bottom.
The last owner opted to change the Black dial to the mother of pearl one , out of astics reason , and the original dial is also at hand .
The watch will come on the pictured leather strap that is fitted with the original Genta steel buckle. Our watchmaker has fully checked and regulated the movement.
These watches are something different and have a real air of high end watchmaking.
