The latest brand we would like to introduce to you is Indigo People, a Netherlands based neckwear company with a passion for creating hand woven scarfs and ties using all natural fabrics dyed in natural indigo.

We love the rugged look of hand crafted artisanal objects and Indigo People use raw, unprocessed cotton that is hand spun to give a natural, unrefined finish that we believe will be popular with our clients and the perfect partner to our lifestyle accessories. Like our handcrafted leather products, each Indigo People scarf is totally unique and will age beautiful and develop its own character the more it’s worn and used.

In line with the B&S ethos of supporting traditional methods of manufacturing, Indigo People work with a range of artisan communities who specialise in different hand weaving techiniques using traditional, generation-old methods of manufacturing.

For example the ‘Minori’ scarf. This scarf is a beautiful fusion of rugged authenticity and stylish sophistication. Woven from a mix of raw indigo and raw cotton, the over all effect is an open weave that will be wearable all year round.
