5 Days, 5 ways Omega Speedmaster Fun

As second watch in our One watch, 5 Days, 5 Ways Series we are happy to present you this killer tropical Omega Speedmaster from 1969. Such an amazing watch and color of the dial, it could be a 100 days series.. so much i loved it.

When i rushed into a vintage Rolex madness some years ago i let go of all other iconic watches in my collection. And after a big roller coaster i am happy to have a wider view again. The love for the vintage Omega watches has submerged and as you can see we are happy to buy them and share them with you.

Not only is the Speedmaster one of the most iconic classic chronographs of all time, its also a great looking tool watch. Used in car racing, aviation and on the moon of course.

What i love about that watch is its perfect size and the way this watch loves to be styled on different straps. Its a perfect fit with jeans and a suite. On the beach and opening of an art exhibition. At the cocktail party in Mayfair and the old pub with friends. Its always a perfect and timeless match.

I love to wear it on a leather nato strap. As it just adds to the tool watch look, but in a stylish way. Also nylon leather straps look great with them.

These early Speedmasters came with great looking metal bands. They are quite flat and so elegant and give the watch such an cool appearance as the watch head is much more dominant in the total looks. Just like the recited bracelets from Rolex. A great esthetic.
